6. Warranty: Our machines are warranted for 12 Months from thedateofdispatchCommission whichever comes first.

 7. Cancellation:If the customer under goes the Cancellation of the machine processafter the Purchase order, then the customer shalt pay 10% of the total amount.

8. Commissioning /Training & Servicing: By Newton Technologies. (localtravelling, boarding & lodging for service engineers to be borne by customer, physical unloading of machines and installation at the allotted area is in customer’s scope)

9. ForceMajeure: we will takeeverycare todispatchthemachine in the stipulated timebut we shall not be heldresponsible for delayin case of any natural calamities suchas riots, warstrike, floods, earthquake, non- availability of materials etc.
